Our team manages architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants—allowing property owners to stay informed and in control without the burden of day-to-day construction management.
Our scope includes budget oversight, schedule tracking, contractor coordination, code compliance monitoring, RFI and submittal management, pay application review, and quality control inspections. By maintaining a strong on-site presence and proactive communication, we help prevent delays, control costs, and ensure high-quality execution throughout the project lifecycle.

Located within the Journal Square 2060 Redevelopment Zone, this Type IB construction project will deliver a large-scale, high-density urban development on a 9,045 square foot site. The building includes three floors of retail space totaling approximately 11,546 square feet, along with 45 residential units spanning floors four through eight.
The residential program consists of 35 studio apartments and 10 one-bedroom units ranging from 414 to 877 square feet. Additional features include a cellar-level amenity suite, rooftop deck, and a fitness center—designed to meet the demands of modern urban living.
The project also incorporates a 15-space automated parking system, including ADA-accessible and EV-ready spaces. Designed in compliance with the 2021 International Building Code (with New Jersey amendments) and ASHRAE 90.1-2019 energy standards, the building ensures safety, efficiency, and full accessibility.
